Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data are processed when you visit the public ProyectSphere website or send us an enquiry using its contact form. It does not replace the separate notices that may apply to hosted client platforms or licensed software deployments.
1. Data controller
SKM EXPLIKA TECH, S.L. · NIF B92138510
Plaza Uncibay, 3, 5th floor, Office 8, 29008 Málaga, Spain
Email for privacy enquiries and rights requests: info@explika.com.
2. Information we process
When you contact us, we process the name, email address, optional organisation, selected area of interest and message you supply, together with the date and contents of our correspondence. Please avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information in the free-text field.
The website may also process limited technical data necessary for delivery, security and abuse prevention, such as session information, request timestamps and information recorded by the hosting infrastructure in server logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals: to handle your request and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For general professional questions not connected with a potential contract, we may rely on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Security and prevention of abuse: to keep the contact form and website secure and to prevent automated submissions, on the basis of our legitimate interests in the integrity and security of the service (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Legal obligations: where retention or disclosure is required by applicable law (Article 6(1)(c)).
Checking the privacy notice box in the form confirms that you have been informed about this processing; it is not consent to receive newsletters or unrelated marketing.
4. Whether providing data is mandatory
Name, email address, subject area and message are required to process the form. Organisation is optional. Without the required information we may be unable to respond to the request. You may also write directly to info@explika.com.
5. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be accessed by authorised SKM EXPLIKA TECH, S.L. personnel and by service providers necessary to host the website, deliver emails or maintain its infrastructure, acting under the applicable contractual and data protection safeguards. We do not sell contact-form data. Information may be disclosed when legally required.
6. International data transfers
The location of hosting, email delivery and other technical providers determines whether international data transfers occur. Where personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards will be required. The providers and locations used in production should be verified before this notice is considered final.
7. Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up on the matter and meet applicable legal obligations or defend legal claims. Technical security information is retained only for a limited period appropriate to its security purpose. A documented internal retention schedule, tailored to the company's actual processes, must be established and applied.
8. Cookies and session storage
The contact form uses a PHP session to hold a security token and technical anti-spam information. A strictly necessary session cookie may be set so that the form can be processed securely; it is not used for advertising. This description covers the current website code supplied for deployment. If analytics, embedded media, marketing trackers or other optional cookies are added, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may exercise these rights by writing to info@explika.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — AEPD).
10. Automated decisions and changes to this policy
We do not use the contact form to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services, providers or applicable law. The date of the latest revision appears below.
